71. The Art of Mindful Relaxation: The Heart of Yoga Nidra by Ed Shapiro

I’ve read several books on mindfulness this year trying to reduce my amounts of stress and anxiety. I’m not sure this one stood out from any of the other good ones I’ve read, but I did definitely take away a few techniques from it that I try to employ on occasion. I give it an 8 out of 10.
